Fall 2022 Trends

A new season and new trends to keep up with! At Michaels, we take the top pieces from top designers so we can keep our customers in the know. We want to introduce you to the top three trends this Fall season so you can shop our great pieces at Michaels!

First up...

Maxi Lengths

The perfect autumnal transitional piece is to the floor pieces. You can cover up as the weather gets colder while still keeping the easiness that comes with skirts and dresses. And maxis come in all shapes and sizes. Pick from a more voluminous fabric or a tight skirt to accentuate. 

Style the trend with both maxi skirts, like this floral Alice + Olivia  and this velvet Giorgio Armani  or make it a whole outfit with a colorful Hermes dress and a wool  Michael Kors dress.

Punk

For all the women who have some edge to them, the punk look is back! The 90s have been back in the style for a while now, and this time, its the punk trends that we're bringing back. 

This silver Fendi baguette accompanies a chain detailed Alexander McQueen, denim and black leather Givenchy  jeans and tall Reed Krakoff books. 

Leather

The final trend we're spotlighting for you to hop on for fall is lots of leather! Leather can be worn on top, on bottom, in accessories and more! Leather is an easy way to add a warm, heavy layer to pair with a lighter counterpart. 

Balenciaga takes on the trend with their leather wrap bracelets. Then, pair a red Alexandre Vauthier jacket with a Remain  skirt and  Bottega Veneta booties.
